Monarch has seen better days but still holds up as a great vlaue for the price. Service was great , food was average for the price - Surprise no lobster dinner but the pool bbq on last day was a nice event --

wish they played more live music during daytime pool hours
wish they had italian / chinese food as buffet choices

The entertainment was definately not "A" quality but the staff show was hi energy but only one hour -- a late night show of comedy would have been nice

Pros: great personnel

Cons: average food experience

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!
