Room Type: Oceanview

We were platinum members. When we were given tags, they gave us the wrong
ones as well as not enough. I went to front desk and requested platinum tags. Was given three red ones. When we left the ship (we were the first to disembark
because we were platinum). We could not find our tags. There were no red. We
were the only ones on the whole ship with red tags. I think the purser was color
blind. We should have been given purple, but instead received red. We thought
we would have to leave the ship without our bags.

Pros: The staff, food and ports

Cons: The small room and the luggage tags. Also the selection of the entertainment

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Entertainment
Dancers were the best..Band was terriffic..The singers were weak. The
selection of the music was offensive.
Cabin / Stateroom
Too small. One bed was pushed against the wall and could not get off it except
sliding over to other bed. No walk space. No refrigerator. This was considered
and upgrade with a window view. View was great, but room the smallest we have
ever stayed in.
Service and Staff
The Host remembered out names from the very first night. We never had
to wait to be seated. The waiters celebrated my 75 birthday with a song and candle. Great service.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining

We dined "My Time" and had the same general table each time. Food was
delicious. Great selections.

Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Did enjoy the food. Great place for the young
Nassau, Bahamas
So crowded. Three or four ships were docked at same time. Couldn't move around. Traffic was jammed. Good shops.
