The overall is very good. All the staffs are friendly except one servier who wanted to sell a cookbook was not very professional. . . hard sell plus talked about the guest to the other servier besides the guests.
Room service is excellent. Laundry service is really good. Dinner service on table 122 on 4th floor is very professional.

Pros: Most of the staffs are excellent

Cons: Toliet paper is in poor quality
