The overall is very good. All the staffs are friendly except one servier who wanted to sell a cookbook was not very professional. . . hard sell plus talked about the guest to the other servier besides the guests.
Room service is excellent. Laundry service is really good. Dinner service on table 122 on 4th floor is very professional.

The article of the watermelon is amazing. We really appreciate the translation in different languages of the dishes even though there was no so many Chinese there.

Entertainment

The live band was contined the performance as usual untill all the guests left Cococay that is remarkable. Very good band and singer.

Children's Programs

My son loved the program. He is going to bring all the awards and projects from the program to show the school. Good experienc to the kids.
