The ship was beautiful and very well designed. Lots of open air spaces to enjoy both lounging and eating as well as places to get away from the wind when it was too strong. Embarkation was smoother than expected, no lines and very polite folks. Overall, all staff aboard were friendly and helpful. Wait staff in the dining room were sub-par. Continually had to ask for more refills, etc. But wait staff in the Windjammer were great. Entertainment was typical, though limited options re: types of clubs or music. Plenty of lounge chairs in lots of different places. I didn't like having to check pool towels in and out. There was usually a line to do this and it was just plain annoying. Overall, though, everything on board was convenient. Again, VERY impressed with the ship's design. Would be happy to be on it again.
