First day went smoothly. Check-in was fine. My husband and I were in one cabin and our two children had an adjoining cabin - it was great. Room steward, Carl, was always happy and smiling. He made cute animals out of the towels in the room.Food in the Dining Room was excellant. Windjammer Cafe had a nice variety for a quick lunch while swimming or on deck. Room service was quick (don't forget to tip for this service). Richard, the cruise director, was funny and entertaining. Comedian and entertainers were good.Kids loved playing basketball, going to the theater, and using their "Coke Card."Viking Lounge great place to see the sun set.Only problem was the long line to wait in for customs on last day. Too crowded and warm in lobby by elevator - nowhere for people to stand - maybe each floor could be called on one at a time.Overall, loved the cruise and can't wait to go again.
