Monarch of the seas , third week in Jul.2000. My husband and I went with another couple and left feeling poorly served. Meal service was o.k. breakfast and lunch waiters only moderately attentive. Dinner waiter worked well, but told off color jokes which I found offensive. Room service menu was severely limited and really poor food. Ice was hard to come by as was soap after repeated requests. The one thing that bugged me the most was unruly vular teens in the theater, evidently their hangout place. After repeated calls to the security people to do something so I could watch a movie the kids continued with no intervention from management, other adults were pretty ticked off as well so we gave up trying to catch a movie on that cruise, the excursions were great and our room was real nice. Boat was clean. I will definitely use this review section for the next cruise, also the band by the pool was the same one every day they sang the exact same selections every day and were on break more than they played. Figure that???? Thanks.. liz
