Very nice trip!

Sail Date: April 01, 2010

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Ship was very nice considering it was a short trip - other lines use really old, outdated ships for short cruises.

Pros: Dining room menu was fabulous, rooms were clean, ship was updated, nicer than most ships that do the short trips.

Cons: Disembarking was far more hectic than other cruise lines.

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? Yes!

Ship Quality
Children's Programs
They didn't really have a room or area for young kids and the parent/kid activities for the Royal Tots was just some toys on a mat. Need to add a kids pool or sprinkler area for little ones.
