The cruise exceeded our expectations.

Sail Date: February 01, 2010

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The most outstanding feature of this cruise was the excellent way the staff deported themselves. We were particulary impressed with the dining staff's memory of our names as well as what we had previously partaken of in our meals. The crew were also outstanding, as they were quite helpful and very, very, polite. This cruise was our 6th and 7th between us.

Pros: We thought the service and staff were the best of any cruise we have ever taken

Cons: The tour we took was abysmal!!!!

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ships' layout afforded more than adqequate seating and was easy to maneuver about.
Food and Dining
Par excellence for the reasonable cost of the cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom
Very clean but few amenities.
Service and Staff
You betcha!!!!
