2nd time, better than the first!

This was our second cruise on the Monarch of the Seas, and this time with the kids (13 - 19 in age). We had a short cruising time window and the Coco Cay destination was perfect (helped with great weather)!

Monarch may not be one of the newest or largest ships, but it is comfortable and has very attentive, friendly staff. The food seemed better on this cruise than the first (2 months earlier), either way it was very good.

We're FL local so Monarch's Canaveral Port is very convenient for a get away. We're planning another for late winter and perhaps next fall.

Pros: Food, comfort, itinerary, port location for quick cruise

Cons: Pushy Photographers, unpleasant odor when boarding.
