Upon Arrival to the port, we were greeted with great enthusiasm. The cruise personnel were very informative. When we got on board, the staff were very courteous and friendly and will to help. The ship was very clean. We went to the Windjammer buffet and comenced to eat more food than we ever had. Food was great. This is the way the whole cruise was from start to finish. The only thing that was disapointing was the seating assignment. We asked for a 10 person table so we could meet with many people. What we got was a 4 person table and the other couple that we had to sit with were animals. They showed up in dirty outfits and ate like they hadn't had a meal in days. On formal night, they showed up in t-shirts again and when they saw that it was formal night, they put on an old navy vest. They show no respect for anyone around them. If that happens on our next cruise, we will asked to be reassigned. Other than that, what a wonderful experience. by the way, I have to say that made setting up this cruise a breeze. I was concerned about not booking with a local agent, but I was pleased with their attention to details. We will use their service again.

Pros: Everything except the seating assignment

Cons: Our seating asignment

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED) 221? Yes!

Food and Dining
Food was fantastic as well as the staff. Our only issue was the 4 person table and the party we were sat with.
Ship Quality
Very clean. Thought the room was nice.
Cabin / Stateroom
Room very clean. Everyone complains about the size of the shower but we had no trouble with it.
Service and Staff
Clearly the best. Staff remembered our names and even when they were not at their station, they would greet us by name and ask how we were doing. Our dinner Waiter Stanny was great. He treated us like royalty. Carlos our statroom person was very courteous. How he folds towels into animals, I will never know.
entertainment was great. However, I wish that the casino had some smoke free areas. The smoke got real thick in there.
Ensenada, Mexico
Ensenada was great and if you go, don't forget to go to the La Bufodora (blow hole). That was really neat.
Don't Miss: La Bufodora
