Quick, relaxing cruise

Sail Date: November 03, 2006

Room Type: Inside

this was my 3rd cruise, 2nd w/ Royal Caribbean. Yes, the ship is old, but who cares!! If you need a new, fancy ship, it will cost you. I go on cruises to relax and eat!! Had a great time, weather was amazing, will go again!!

Pros: dining room dinners, very clean ship

Cons: below avg room steward compared to other cruises we've been on...

Recommends Monarch of the Seas (RETIRED)? Yes!

Food and Dining
good, only because the buffet food is just good, nothing spectacular...ding room food is excellent for a cruise...
Cabin / Stateroom
little aged, but who cares, if you notice things and care about the rooms decor, etc, you aren't enjoying the criuse!!!
Entertainment
few shows we popped into we're for us, but the place was packed
Ship Quality
never felt crowded, even though it was sold out
Service and Staff
lots of "hello", how we liked the port, food, etc...
Ensenada, Mexico
went to Papa's and Beer per rec. at the excursion desk. Great margaritas, but not a place for your kids....R-rated welcome shot of Tequila for the unsuspecting ladies is something you would NEVER see in America!!!
