We had an amazing time and have already booked another one for a month from now. Perfect Day at Coco Cay couldn’t have been named any more “perfectly”.

Nice ship that feels nearly new, with very friendly staff by MStyles

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas

1300 customers and 1100 crew. Total ship capacity is around 5500 I think. Was very nice except not much activity at the club on deck 14.

Great cruise! Nice ship that was only 1/3 full of guests. My only disappointment was the premium dining. Don’t waste your money on that! by rhondaleia

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas

Embarking/disembarking was pleasant and easy. We felt safe and that 90% of the ship was clean/sanitized. Due to covid, the ship was about 1/3 capacity and very enjoyable. The staff throughout the cruise were obviously very happy to be back and their positive attitudes were contagious. We hit up the “Hush party” at Ellenton bar and it was probably the best fun we’ve had since pre-Covid. The RC chat feature (for fee) is very lacking and needs updated, in fact the entire app is slow and outdated and at times reflected incorrect times for shows/ports (guest services is aware). Internet was also extremely slow, especially for the cost they charge! The specialty dining was a huge disappointment, especially Chops, and we won’t wast our money doing that again. Coco Cay is so beautiful so it’s a shame it has been turned so “commercial”, but the lunch was amazing and it was a very relaxing, perfect day just chilling. Loved the complimentary continental room service breakfast; it was great waking up to a 7am call and fresh coffee, pastries and fruit delivered to the door for enjoying on the balcony. Our room attendant, Mark, brought us a bucket of ice as soon as we asked and then brought us one each day after! He even made a towel cake for the birthday boy! We’ve taken a couple each Disney, Carnival, and one NCL—this was our second RCCL and I would say our second favorite of all.

Great cruise-difficult port by eshampine

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Mariner of the Seas

A lot of Nassau is closed due to Covid but our favorite dive bar, Tiki Bikini Hut, on Junkanoo Beach, was open so we were happy! Great local food-reasonably priced drinks-and plenty of friendly locals right on the clean, soft sand beach. Definitely catch the juggling act.

It’s great to be back to cruising! by rccl175

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas

A return to cruising that filled the need for rest and relaxation, meeting new people, and satisfied our hopes of a safe return to the sea. I was happy to see how diligent the staff was in following and enforcing covid precautions. Some people may feel they were restrictive, but I didn’t hear anyone arguing or objecting when politely reminded to put a mask on or pull it up over their nose and mouth. I would rather wear a mask and have to option of getting on a cruise ship when I want to rather than have the industry shut down again.

Private island is unmatched by aperk189

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Mariner of the Seas / Destination: Caribbean - Bahamas

This was a great trip along with a great ship. The wait staff was very friendly and there was plenty to do on the ship. If you don't want to do anything then just lay by the pool. The internet package was a waste of money because it was so SLOW so I wouldn't buy it again.
