All services onboard were excellent. The crew was wonderful. There is a great family atmosphere. But I much prefer other RC ships to this one.

The main dining room's food was mediocre. The desserts were awful. They bore little resemblance to the name and were made with substitutionary ingredients. Not authentic in the least. The service was excellent. Our waiter, Feby, and his assistant, Mesheh, were excellent.
Onboard Activities

The pools and hot tubs were okay.
Entertainment

The comedian was below par, not worth seeing twice. The stage shows were good, not outstanding. The Ice show was outstanding, the best yet.
Service and Staff

Our room steward (6552) as were our main dining room staff were exellent. The service in the Windjammer was very good. We enjoyed the Japanese restaurant--authentic food there (not in the main dining room).
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean, but tired. Repairs were regularly taken care of. Much of the decor looked worn and in need of updating/replacing.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was comfortable, and clean. We loved the animal towels! The safe was not working when we arrived, it took three days for someone to come and fix it.
Ship tip
The food in the Windjammer was better than the food in the main dining rooms, but the atmosphere and service in the main dining rooms were excellent.
