First time in a promenade view cabin and it was fine. We were only in the cabin to change or sleep. It was much quieter than I expected. I never heard any noise from outside the cabin.

Ship tip

Use the stairs if you are able during the busier times so that elevators are less crowded. We only used the elevators when hardly anyone was up and about and only when we were going up more than 5 decks.

Thanks for sharing your cruise experience. Glad you had a great time. I agree with your comments about using the stairs. I try to avoid the elevators and use the stairs as much as possible.
