Was very disappointed in the communication for the ports. Wish there was something on TV that would tell us what to do.

I’m thinking that they need to space out the timings that they have for people to get on the ship
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
We would have breakfast and lunch at the Windjammer, the food is very ordinary, same thing every day, not much to choose from. I feel carnival has the perfect idea for food, at least variety of food and different food stations. Not much selection in the main dining room. A few nights there really wasn’t anything on the menu that I wanted.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Not much to do especially the days that it rained. But I do appreciate the main events were in the middle the day, and not evening because of we had late dining, and we always missed it in the past.
Entertainment
With eating late, there were too many shows to choose from
Service and Staff

Our waiters for great, it was nice that the cruise was not overbooked and they could spend a little more time with you getting to know you and vice versa. Didn’t see our room Stewart very often. We had to pay more on get Two A Tea because of it being a junior suite but nothing was done different from a regular Bethany.

Love the size of the room, we have never gotten a junior suite. The Stewart was no different from a regular room hardly saw him at all.
We went off the ship later on in the day, it was so much communication what to do on the porch. Try to find a map could not find a map tried to watch it on TV. Nothing on TV so we really didn’t do much.
It sounds like your expectations are unrealistic. You want to get 4,000 people off and 4,000 people on with no waiting; this is simply not feasible. Learn a bit of patience and you won’t be so disappointed. It also sounds like you want a full time guide from the time you arrive at the ship til you return and disembark the ship at the home port. Do a little research, learn a bit of patience, and you can have a great time! In regard to food, if you don’t like the food in one place, done eat there again. Ships have many options, try another.
Honestly looking at your past reviews you seem to not like any cruise line. Maybe find another form of vacation? I find that my attitude determines a good trip or not. If you’re after a cruise like in the movie Titanic (without the sinking) those days are gone.
Planning and reading details are important. Rain happens so always have a plan B….Coco Key doesn’t really have excursions it’s just a hang out stop. And a great one to most.
Lots of useful information online on what’s beside each port, what’s within walking distance, what excursions are available etc. The cruise line can’t do all that research for everyone.
