The cruise was an amazingly wonderful experience. The crew made what would have been a nice surprise for my wife, significantly better. We are Royal Caribbean fans, and are already thinking about a future cruise. BJ's travel (specifically SYLVIA FERRANTE) was a great help in coordinating this surprise for my wife as well. The stops in Haiti, Jamaica, and CocoCay made it even better and more memorable!

The ships Main Dining was WONDERFUL. Every night the servers were GREAT... especially the 2 that were with us for 5 of the 6 nights.

From watching Monday Night Football at the upper deck with my family, to rock climbing, to being in the pool and going down the slides over and over again... it was all enjoyed.

The ice skating show was AMAZING. The performers were great... and even had a chance to talk with 1 of the guys at CocoCay. The singing comedy performance, silent disco, and dancing pool side at night were also fully enjoyed.

When my children went to the kid's clubs... they came back with enjoyable stores. My wife and I love the fact we can send our children to the kid's club and trust that they will enjoy themselves in a safe environment.

Room stewards were wonderful.
Every ship personal we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Then when we had a chance to have an interaction beyond hello... Great!
Meliena (Offshore event coordinator) and Iris (On-board event coordinator) were GREAT!!!! The really helped make this surprise birthday cruise AMAZING and WONDERFUL for my wife.

Had no issues with the layout, cleanliness, nor overall design. Only complaint was with the elevators, but not sure if this was a design issue. The wait for the elevators Was FRUSTRATING. Thankfully I did not have mobility issues... however a few times the wait was SO long that I just opted to take the stairs. Others who had mobility issues were forced to wait.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was GREAT. Glad I opted to get the Balcony room for my wife and I.
Ship tip
(1) Be ready to enjoy yourelf. (2) Consider upgrading to a balcony room, if you can afford it.
Overall... this was enjoyed. However, the attack of people trying to get us to buy stuff from them was not (Jamaica was definitely enjoyed more in this regard).
Falmouth was GREAT!!!. The Green Grotto Caves excursion was Sooooooo GOOD... we want to go back to Falmouth with others, just to do this excursion again!
