Review summary

We went as a company cruise and it was overall a very nice experience. From the time we got on the boat to the time we got off we were relaxed; Entertained and having a great vacation! The lines for activities were never excessively long. The entertainment was pretty good especially the parties on the promanade and the pools and hot tubs were enough for many people to sit comfortable

Embarkation

Very Fast and painless! We were on the ship by 11:30 without being Suite members or having the Key

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Overall the food was okay. Definitely had better on other ships; but it wasn't the worst I've had either

Boleros Lounge

5 out of 5

Had tons of fun taking the line class dances here. We did 70's and 80's Dance nights! Tons of fun and great teachers

Windjammer Marketplace

3 out of 5

The food there on embarkation day was stale and old. You could tell they had prepared it hours in advanced making it not so fresh. The second day of the cruise it was better; sizzling on the grill and fresh.

Main Dining Room

4 out of 5

Almost all the food was good. Although desserts were always lack luster and tasted much too eggy.

Ben and Jerry's

2 out of 5

The ice cream was okay. But the cone was completely stale

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Onboard activities were amazing! It's amazing how much was included in the price of your cruise. Everything was complimentary and there wasn't an activity we didn't enjoy

Center Ice Rink

4 out of 5

Lazer tag and free skate was held here. !! Both were fun, but if you didn't get there early you found yourself waiting 1 1/2 hours to play/skate because each game/Session was 20 minutes long and would only take about 10-14 guests

Entertainment

3 out of 5
We saw 1 show and 2 comedy acts. The shows visual effects and set designs was fantastic but the singing was sub-par. The first comedian was very boring and relied heavily on juggling rather than comedy. The second Comedian Alvin Williams was hysterical and light hearted. Tons of fun

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
From the Embarkation desk; to guest services every team member on Royal Caribbean was incredible and personable. This is the first cruise I actually got to meet the cruise director and actually saw him out and about the ship. Our room steward was very nice and always there-- we never had to ask for a thing. Our dining staff was entertaining and got our food out to us in a timely Manor. Great service

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship layout was easy to figure out and the decor was beautiful. Although you can tell it's been worn as the carpets are a little dirty and our bed spreads had old stains in them.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Most space we've ever had in an interior cabin. Bathroom was smaller than normal but that is okay. Our sheets and beds were a bit dirty; and the bunk beds hung lower than most.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

Easy and breezy

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

5 out of 5
One of the best islands I have ever been on. So relaxing. Ample seating for two full ships. Food was excellent (Even better than the ship food) and the entertainment was on fire!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Sad to leave the ship but the process was a breeze and we were off the ship and in our car by 9:30. Customs line was extremely organized and efficient as well
