The initial part was smooth and easy. However, once we got on the ship to gain full access, the computers were down and caused about a one hour delay.

Crew on the ship earned it. Off ship personnel need to spend some time observing the on on board personnel. They could learn what true excellent service looks like.

Very hot and humid day. Hop on hop off shuttles have no AC (except the one that takes you from the pier to their central location and the bus that takes you to the airport). Also, dont need to see the underwear hanging out of one the guides pants because he wore his shorts sagging down his a**
