Review summary

Overall we had a fantastic time. The comments I would like to provide are I was not happy that I had to book two rooms for a family of three (my daughter is only 10). Also, when I confirmed my reservation, I was also told that my junior suite would have a pull-out sofa but that was not the case.

Gede and his team, our stateroom staff was terrific, keeping our rooms (9308 & 9303) clean. Our wait staff, Iketut and Rolwin (dinner) and Rodulfo (buffet breakfast) were all excellent. They went above and beyond the duties. I also would like to add that Epie, the staff that stood tirelessly daily at the buffet entrance to remind everyone to wash their hands, was wonderful. She had a great smile and very friendly.

Yes. Some of the covers (the beds) by the adult pool could use replacements or some washing.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had two cabins, junior suite (9308) and interior room (9303). The junior suite was very nice and I liked the fact that it had a walk-in closet. The one thing I was very surprised was that the interior room didn't come with toiletries such as lotion, shampoo, and conditioner etc...

Ship tip

Don't eat the dining room every night. Try the buffet too.

The deck plan for 9308 does not have the symbol for a sofa bed for the 3rd person.

You should not have needed 2 rooms I’m going in 2 weeks and will have 4 in one room when u book it tells you how many ppl a room holds. Most cruise rooms don’t include toiletries usually just shampoo and body wash in the shower it’s standard

Why did you need a 2nd room. My daughter and her husband have 2 boys, all in same room. Pull out beds over the double bed. Different ship but they're all pretty much the same.
