Great cruise

Sail Date: November 01, 2012

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

Need to review the depth of one of the family pools, seems like it was too deep for kids. We need to remember we are on a ship, there can only be so much room. Cabin was small, but i was expecting that. Good under the bed storage for empty suitcases, staff was friendly..64 countries are represented, some personalities may differ with different cultures..Passengers need to learn elevator etuiquette regarding getting on and off..Let prople off first, then go on.

Pros: Food\, staff

Cons: Pool in fam. area a bit too deep\, hard for kiddos to manage\, need to be 4 ft max in one of them..Elevator congestion\, but what do u expect w/ 300 people aboard\, good thing for stairs for my waistline! Popcorn would be great at the movies.

Recommends Mariner of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
more shrimp and maybe crab legs and lobster at windjammer would be good..Ice cream was good unlimited too\, adults enjoyed as much as the kids
Cabin / Stateroom
Small\, but what do you expect? Worked for 2 adults with 2 big suitcases\, a small one and a suit bag
Service and Staff
Nice\, it is interesting to learn about others\, with 64 countries represented
Children's Programs
