Review summary

Overall ship is nice. Restaurants are wonderfull, the promenade is great, plenty of things to do while at sea. There are many bars and lounges to rest, big enough casino, large theatre for shows and ice rank. Sometimes it takes a while to get on the elevators due to the capacity of the ship. Room we staied at (promenade inside) is large enough, but don't expect to be comfartable in the shower. Also, not that much room for closing. TV is old and what is offered on TV is minimal. Fridge is small and does not cool things well enough. No iron or ironing board is present in the room or the ship. The only way to get the wrincles out is to use Cleaning services which are pricey.

Main dining area is excellent and has wonderfull staff. The buffet is large but might be hard to find sitting and staff is not that friendly. Specialty restaurants are too expensive for what is offered and there are really only 2 of them.

Nothing special here. They need to train alot before presenting to public. Not organized and many falts.

Service and Staff

Only frienly people are in dining are. Excursions crew is horrible - rude, unable to serve and not willing to help. Don't expect anything out of the crew in the buffet area - it is like they don't exist. Customer service says that they will do something, but 99% of the time it is just a talk.

On a small size, but clean. Shower will be a pain if you are over 6 feet tall and 220 pounds.
