Royal Carribean scaled down.

Sail Date: November 01, 2009

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

It was rather a disappointment trip. I expected a lot more from Royal Carribean but realized that the company has gone cheap on everything from food to amenities on board. People who work at the concierge were not helpful at all and the company scammed me on the decoration of the room. I got no response when I contacted Royal Carribean via email. They took the money but did not want to provide the service.

Pros: Stateroom & Restaurant Staff

Cons: Concierge & Customer Service

Recommends Mariner of the Seas? No.
