Mariner of the Seas Cruise Review to Caribbean - Eastern
Ship: Mariner of the Seas
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Singles/Friends

I sailed on the Mariner of the Seas and it was Spring Break. It was amazing with all the children on board everything still was wonderful. The cruise was a gift to my Mom to celebrate her 90th birthday. Over the years I probably have been on 15 to 20 cruises on various cruise lines including Royal Caribbean.
The Mariner of the Seas is spectacular in every way. The Captain and the Cruise Director are without a doubt the best I have ever been with on a cruise. The day on the out island of Coco Cay was really nice. The water was gorgeous, and what a barbecue how you coiuld serve so many people with such great food and at such ease is truly an accomplishment. It is hard to believe that you could have that many people go ashore on tenders and not feel pushed or rushed and not have to stand in long lines made it a faulous day. The shows were some of the best I have ever seen. The main seating for dinner was so great my Mom couldn't believe all the wonderful meals. The entertainment for the children on the upper decks were great. The climbing wall, minature golf, basketball, line skating, and that incredible arcade. Wow! And on top of that to have an Ice Skating rink in the middle of the ocean and then an ice skating show. The swimming pools were really great where the children, young parents and older people just seemed to take their own areas for relaxation. The casino was fun in the evening after the shows. If a 90 year old lady and her 60 year old daughter can go together and say it was Spectacular...who could ask for anything more. Thank you.
