Spring Break Spectacular

Sail Date: March 01, 2010

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This is a gorgeous ship, lovingly maintained. We are a family with two grown sons; we traveled with our youngest son, age 18, and his friend. The boys had a blast. In their words, it was "the best Spring Break ever!" and just as much fun for us middle-aged types. We hit the gym every day, we sat in the sunshine on the quiet deck, (deck four) and we took in all the shows in the Savoy Theater. The singers and dancers were very impressive. The two comedians were hilarious, and we greatly enjoyed the ice show, performed by an international cast. The time in Mexico was fabulous--the three ports that the Mariner of the Seas visits, Cabo, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta, are really the best of Mexico.

Pros: Excellent food, great service, many activities, great entertainment

Cons: Slow elevators
