Review SummaryThe Mariner of the Seas is a stunningly beautiful ship. Our favorite passtime was at sunset, strolling along the cedarwood railing overlooking the ocean down on deck 4 which encircles the ship, it wasn't crowded, just romantic and beautiful. The ship is so large that you are guaranteed to find a little favorite hideaway from the throngs up on deck 12. Another great feature is the Windjammer cafe on Deck 13 aft which had incredible international varieties of great food 24/7 if you didn't want to go to the main dining hall, or were just looking for a quick lunch. It has a 360-degree view of the ocean from 120 feet up! Amazing.
There is more to do on the Mariner than can possibly be done in one trip. It is among the largest cruise-ships in the world. It has ice-skating, rock-climbing, swimming, mini-golf, basketball, a jogging track, aerobics and weight gyms, spas, pools, hot-tubs, night-clubs, casinos, arcades, theaters, live music by the pools, a 6-story promenade shopping mall, and an enormous breath-taking main dining room decorated with chandeleirs and mahogany the likes of which you can't even imagine but to see it. I'm only scratching the surface here. You've got to experience this ship to believe it.

Pros: The incredible service on a beautiful ship
Cons: Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Not a pretty city, wish they would skip Jamaica.
