The main dinning was really nice. However there are so many different FREE option on this ship that you may not choose to eat in the dining room. The waiter were fantastic!

My room attendants were OUTSTANDING! As was my wait staff...now, guest services not so much. We noticed there was great deal of training taking place. It was visible that they didn't teach the technique of customer service...hopefully that will change!

The room are a bit bigger than royal carribean...the shower is noticeably bigger...great layout of the room.

Ship tip

To purchase your cruise straight through the cruise line and not a travel agent or third party. There are so many things they can not answer because you have a third party involve. They will always say you have to contact the person who you reserved this with.

Glad your cruise exceeded your expectations. It's great to book directly with the cruiselines if you can, but if you're not detail oriented, don't want to do research, or are just uncomfortable making travel plans, it's best to enlist the services of a good travel agent.
