THIS CRUISE WAS THE WORST I HAVE BEEN ON THIS SHIP SHOULD BE RETIRED IT HAS MAJOR ISSUES. THE SEWAGE SMELL WAS THE WORST THE CABIN WAS WAY TOO SMALL NO WHERE TO PUT YOUR LUGGAGE, NOT ENOUGH ENTERTAINMENT
My cruise was amazing the people were very friendly and the food was very good. This was my first time and I plan on bringing my kids back in March of 2018 for spring break. My husband and I had so much fun just relaxing and unwinding. It was not expensive as we thought and the little private island was amazing as well.
Majesty is the ship that made us fall in love with cruising many years ago and it was fun to revisit it. Miss those beautiful glass stairways they had in the atrium before. Gave it such an eloquent look, but I suppose carpet is much safer. Despite the cold food on Lido, over-done meat at dining room, sewer smell on deck 4; I enjoyed this cruise because of the excellent attitudes of the staff and other guests. It's an uplifting family atmosphere. That's something you don't feel on the bigger ships
Getting to the ship was a very easy process as well as getting off. There was a lot to do on board and exciting things to do off the ship as well. The islands were absolutely beautiful, customer service was excellent on and off the boat. I was travelling alone, but felt very comfortable and attended to.
I am actually very upset because this is my first time sailing with Royal Caribbean and beacsuse of weather issues we did not make it to cocoacay and we got to Nassau late and left earlier than expected. Royal Caribbean did not seem to care. They did not provide anything fun to do the day of sailing any voucher nothing that convince me to sail with them. Overall the service on the ship was fast and good
Won't go again on RC because the stop in Nassau took too long to get there when it is only a 6 hour trip or less. Got robbed!!!!!!! Ship is out to make money and does not care about passengers. Felt cheated! Not much for seniors to do./
For a first time. I was pleased. The boat was extremely rocky after Day 2, several of us were seasick. The boat is noticeably smaller in the fleet and in comparison to other cruise lines. Several things had changed since my friends had been on the same boat, for the worse. A variety of music and activities would have encourage my participation and an onboard credit when the 2nd port was cancelled. I will cruise again. Possibly with RC, maybe through another line, for longer days for more ports, and research activities on boat.
Amazing no stop fun. One of my favorite things about the cruise was the 11th floor (poolside ). Just sitting there with my husband, drink in hand looking at the stars was simply amazing. Also the food was excellent also. We would like a free trip! Lol!
For my first, and my honeymoon, I was heavily disappointed. I felt incredibly disappointed in the entire experience. I was told that because it was my Honeymoon, the ship would be aware and we would receive special surprises in our room. I waited until day 3 and was told by Guest Relations there was no such notification , but Royal Caribbean sent a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room a couple hours later and an apology. The ship advertised in the pictures on the website was so much more luxurious, newer and many amentities. I found out we were on one of the oldest , few amentities, and a 2 out of 10 on the food.
all around great trip. it was my wife's first time on a cruise and she was scared because the water until she got on and realized you can't even tell your on water we plan on going again very soon for even longer!
This was my wifes first cruise and my first time with Royal Caribbean, we both enjoyed the cruise and relaxed after working this last year. The waiting staff looked after us each night at our dinner table and had the same people each night which was a nice change, made some friends on the trip.
Since this is a smaller ship, it rocks a little more when it's windy. This bothers some people but we were fine. The elevators get very busy so we take the stairs as much as possible. If you like to walk, this is great exercise. If you don't, get a room closer to the dining rooms, central part of the ship, and show rooms. The casino is fun, but very smoky since it's one of the places smoking is allowed on the ship. Overall, it was a great cruise.
