Review summary

My daughter begged to try Royal Carribean cause we heard it was top of the line. We enjoyed some of it but will stick with our regular cruise lines cause this did not live up to the hype.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Same thing on the buffets pretty much every day, little variation. Dining room took forever to get served.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Enjoyed the hot tub

Lady headliner was exceptional. Orchestra and singers did well.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Cabins were not set up well, ship itself could use a deep cleaning

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Cabin steward did a great job and was very helpful. Room itself was not set up well. We were always climbing on the bed to get around and had to keep our clothes in the luggage cause there was no place to put it. Tv is facing the wrong way and not much bigger than an iPad. Lots of noise when docking

Ship tip

Sail on a bigger newer ship.

Ports of call

New Orleans, Louisiana Did not visit port

Only parked there to get on the ship.

Nassau, Bahamas

Lots of shopping.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

Took a glass bottom boat and enjoyed that.

Key West, Florida

Very nice, cheaper place to buy gifts. Couldn’t find free WiFi.

Very disorganized. Only one employee to direct anything. He kept saying if everyone followed direction we would be off in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later we were just getting started and no one directing.
