CRUISE DIRECTOR--GREAT PERSONALITY AND FULL OF ENERGY--PERFECT FOR POSITION! STAFF WORKS SO HARD--AIMS TO PLEASE--TREATS PASSENGERS WITH RESPECT.

I WAS ON DECK 2 AND SOMETIMES IT SMELLED LIKE THE SEWER---I THINK THE ODOR WAS COMING THRU THE VENTS???

NICE---BUT TOO COLD--HANDYMAN FIXED VENT AND THEN IT WAS FINE. WATER PRESSURE IN SINK NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO WASH MY FACE--HAD TO USED SHOWER WAND!!!

FABULOUS-------CAR EXCURSION A GREAT WAY TO SEE THE CITY AND FEEL THE ENERGY OF THE CITY. I WANT TO SEE MORE OF CUBA. PEOPLE WONDERFUL. TOOK 2 1/2 HOURS TO GET OFF SHIP IN HAVANA---I HAD A CRUISES ONLY TOUR----THEY NEED TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS---SOMETHING THAT COULD BE DONE PRE CRUISE OR ON THE SHIP BEFORE WE ARRIVE AT THE PORT?????
