Review summary

I had high hopes for this cruise but it left a lot to be desired. I dont believe our bathroom was every properly cleaned as a previous passengars hair was in the shower the entire 4 days we were on the cruise. The food was not very good either. I was also surprised with the nickel and diming of Royal Carribean, they charged for popcorn by the pool and didn't explain the drink packgaes properly.

Do not judge royal by this ship it is the oldest in the fleet And you should have spoken to someone they have always been very responsive to any issue

But yet you didn't complain about the bathroom to your room steward. Every time I've sailed on Royals ships the drink packages were self explanatory. Everything was listed on what you get is on the website and on the ship when you buy it. So other than you didn't enjoy the ship and food, how was everything else?
