Review summary

Fell in love with cruising, the open ocean and ask if the activities were great. I wish I had gotten the adult beverage package, however it was simply to expensive to be worth it. My wife did get the photo package and we were very pleased!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth, quick and effortless.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The main dining rooms were A-1. The specialty restaurants were mostly very good, although I could have done without Sorrento's pizza.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The (4) hot tubs were awesome, however, they were nearly always full in the evening. It was usually only ten to fifteen minutes wait time though.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The music was decent, but nothing spectacular. No stage shows per se; by fat, the best entertainment was the couple's/marriage game show and adult night quest.

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Aquanauts! Nuff said

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was excellent!

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The cabin was an inside cabin, so it was very small, but it was about what I expected. Small, but cozy. But who needs a huge cabin when you've got an entire ship to relax on.

Ship tip

Don't even bother with the pizza or the casino (except maybe the claw machine with its stacks of 100 $1 bills). The sooner lounge was awesome! Loved the decorations and feel.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

5 out of 5
Kayaking and snorkeling were AWESOME! First time for both and both were terrific, but the snorkeling was AMAZING! we fit to snorkel over a WWII era fighter plane, entire shipwreck, with cannon not to mention fish and coral.

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
Fun, shopping, food and adult beverages.

ugh yeah I hate how expensive the drink packages are now! We went on a cruise exactly one year ago and they were still doing two different options for drink packages. They had one that just included beer and wine and it was cheaper, around the $30 a day Mark. I wish they had kept that option cuz I just don't like to drink liquor

* 5 cocktails per day

You simply just have to enjoy 5 cocktails for it to pay for itself. Not to mention unlimited free bottled water. It's a no-brainer.
