Review summary

Overall, I enjoyed the cruise very much. I loved the ship. It was clean and well maintained. My only and biggest issue is the quality of the food.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation went smoothly, no issues there.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
The food was awful! The buffet food and dining room food were equally as terrible. I loved this cruise aside from the food, which is a bummer because food is a big part of your cruise experience. The food selection and taste reminded me of school cafeteria food.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The pool area was nice when not crowded. They also have a nice section for the little ones to enjoy with a splash park and mini water slide. They kept playing the same "party songs" (Cha Cha Slide, Wobble, Danza Kuduro) which got lame quick. Ricky the Cruise Director has great energy and really knows how to get the party going!

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We attended the ventriloquist show, he was hilarious and super talented!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Yin our waiter was so nice. He always had a smile on his face and would stop and chat when he would see us during breakfast. You can tell he takes pride in his job and has a passion for customer service.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
This is a smaller ship but I actually loved it! The staff does a great job with the upkeep of the ship. Very clean and well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Bathroom was a little small but hey what do you expect on a cruise ship. Also, I booked the ocean view room knowing it was going to be an obstructed view. What I didn't know was that our window was facing the deck where people walk around. Had to keep the blinds closed the entire trip LOL.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida Did not visit port

Just drove here to catch the ship and back home after the cruise as over.

Nassau, Bahamas Did not visit port

I have heard the locals are very aggressive with their selling tactics. Also, cruise review boards have said there is not much to do at this port.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

5 out of 5
Beautiful relaxing beach. There were plenty of loungers and the hammocks were awesome. We really enjoyed our time on the beach, just wished we could've stayed longer!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disembarkation was smooth, no issues here.
