Review summary

The service of staff was wonderful except for the maintenance and the customer service desk. The boat is in bad shape the carpets were dirty and had very bad stains on it the pluming in our stateroom had issues in which we could not get a resolution and had to use community restrooms throughout the ship daily. The ports we stop and the excursion were great. The staff on Port Canaveral port departing was very rude. On the other hand the departing staff was fantastic. I will try to cruise again with Royal Caribbean but hope this is not what I fine on another ship.

It was ok , we had big issues with the toilet and the staff did not seem to think it was a problem we called down twice with no resolution so we used community restroom the trip not to have an overflowed toilet in out cabin.

Ship tip

I think they should take passenger issue and address them better, I also think this ship needs to retire I knew this was one of the older ships but I was not expecting the bad shape it was in and the stains and dirt throughout the ship on the carpets was disgusting.
