Review summary

Very disappointed we didn't get MTD. We requested 3 different time. The dinning room and stateroom staff were outstanding but the rest were below average. Not friendly, not happy, or not helpful. Never saw the Suite Coordinator. Majesty doesn't have a concierge. Staff on Cococay was there and that is about it. Disappointed in the high priced Cabana as we were in the old area which we started the day with no services (Bar, Food, ect.). Finally got limited bar service...

Stateroom and dinning staff was outstanding but the rest!!!!! Disembarkation we were in the room as advised by the letter but no one from RCCI every showed up. Asking other staff keep saying listen to announcements... We finally just found our own way. Never saw the Suite Coordinator.. Viking room staff was the worst....

Older ship just gotten used to the newer designs. It was clean.

Suggest no one ever pay the Suite charges on this ship. No Concierge service. This room is directly under the Windjammer. Noisy all evening into the night and started again around 4 AM got very little sleep.

Ship tip

Don't pay suite charges. This might be a good cruise and deal if you stay away from the suites...cause for an older ship it wasn't in bad shape.

Only thing we had to compare to was the Disney Island and its far exceeded the RCCI experience.
