Review summary

the customer service was fantastic especially at the anytime dining,very friendly staff over all..however our room was not great nor clean compared to our other travel companions who also had interior rooms but on a different level won't be staying on the 4th floor on this particular ship....also ship appearance was old need updating ..over it was good for a quick getaway

The windjammer should be opened later especially with no extra activities and late night dining should have more options ...due to dietary restrictions pizza was not a good choice ...salad or a sandwich should be an option

Very old looking ship which made it appear unclean .. room continuously smelt like sewer from the bathroom and some parts of the hallway on that specific floor 4
