Review Summary

Up close and personal encounter with the sh** tank.  Not only did we have to endure the horrible odor but the lack of A/C in our stateroom only added to our 1 star experience.  You would think, being on deck 7, we'd be high enough to avoid sewage problems but busted pipes on this aging ship left no one safe.  We talked to guests on the highest floors that had similar problems.  Our room only had 2 power outlets in a 4 occupancy stateroom and 1 of those was permanently occupied by the refrigerator.  We tried to work out the problems with guests services and they sent someone to look at the A/C but it was never cooler.  They also offered to provide an extension cord but that never happened.  With the time off from work, travel and expense of these trips, there is really no way to make up for it, if it bombs like this. Royal Caribbean offered us 20% off on our next cruise but even with that discount, how can you risk another substandard experience.  Angry
