Hurricane detour.. poor port choices and poor customer service
I'm very disappointed with how Royal Caribbean handled the guest on the cruise ship. I understand there was a hurricane, hurricane Matthew and they needed to make adjustments for our safety however two other cruise ships (Disney aND Carnival, same length of trip) left the same port as us on the same day and they got to go to other more comparable Port s destinations we find out later from the captain that he just likes Key West but we really could have gone to Cozumel Mexico, we could have gone to cococay the first day but instead we went to Freeport very choppy Waters and then we went to Key West, ( Key West is beautiful but over 45% of the ship lives in Florida we could have drove there seems like they should have considered that) that was short and we were out to sea for two days. They offered no concessions for The Detour no rebooking offet, no credit, nothing to benefit us.

It's a small older ship. Keep in mind there's only the 1 pool, well two small ones on same deck, very crowded. Not relaxing. Good food service tho.
