A very pleasant way to spend three nights.  The ship is old, but basically very clean.  There must be better organization during the dinner hours so that diners are not disturbed by noises of clean up for the later group.  My suggestion would be four time selections and be seated in different parts of the dining area.  If a diner is more than fifteen minutes late for their reservation they will wait for the following seating.  The second seating will be in a different section and the first section is now ready for cleanup, etc.  This would really work well since there are two levels.  Also compliments to a most knowledgable and congenial crew!
