When we book a cruise it includes the amount of days, port charges etc. and the tip.  What is added in, at the cruisers cost, are beverages, most dining rooms and then they want you to pay your cabin cleaner extra.  Also beverages have an added 18%.

Most cruise lines have a container and or water in the room at no cost.  In order to get free water you would have to go to the 11 deck and hope that it is open.
