We are cruisers and have many tears ago on this cruise line.  Things that we found that were unsatisfactory were 3 items.

First with the cost of the cruise, water was not included in our room (only for a price),

Second needing water every day we had to go to deck 11 and some times the area was closed.

Third upon disembarking we were #5.  First 29, 1 and 2 were called to get in line.  After waiting almost an hour we were able to go and get in line.  Very disorganized.  Other lines were able to handle this item with ease.
