We always sail Royal Caribbean and our experience gets better every time . The staffs are so friendly and helpfully knowledgeable in a professional way. We definitely enjoyed our weekend cruise. Although our trip to Coco Cay were short stayed due to weather didn't disappoint us at all, just showed us how the captain and all the staff cared for our safety. Our agent,Maria Alfonso, did a fantastic job for making our check-in hassle free and because of that everything else after that was smooth sailing. She is highly recommended and she deserved an A++.
