Review Summary

The ship definitely shows signs that it needs updates.  The staff was friendly and there were multiple activities so if the shows or trivia weren't that good, you could walk to the casino or to another event.

I felt the other cruise line I took really engaged the travelers and had more to offer.

Food and Dining

The buffet selection was great. The sit down dining menu was decent but could have offered more of a variety.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin is pretty small but workable. The mirrors had fingerprints on the door and the vanity from the time we walked in the room for the entire cruise. There were crumbs on the vanity as well. We had issues with our safe not locking and it took multiple calls and lots of frustration to get it fixed. At that point, I felt that the customer service was lacking but it seemed to get better as the trip progressed.

Ship Tip

The comedy show and the band by the pool at sunset were good. You will be assigned a time for debarking but they didn't seem to follow that and as soon as we knew it they were calling last call if you were taking your own luggage off the boat so be ready early on the last day.
