Great first time cruise experience!

Sail Date: May 01, 2015

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

This was me and my family's first cruise. It was a small enough ship where it wasn't overwhelming to learn where everything was but big enough to keep us entertained. 3 days was the perfect length for first time cruise travelers, which is what we did. Although we didn't get to tender for Cococay because of rough water conditions, it was still a blast! There was food available almost every hour of the day. The room was kept clean and room service was good. During meal times, our maitre d', Stanny Fernandes, made sure we received exactly what we ordered, that we were happy with our choices, and even paid attention to the fine details about our preferences and remembered it for the remainder of the cruise. The only thing we disliked about the cruise is that there was only one pool area and it stayed packed the whole time. There wasn't any area to casually lounge around without having to deal with party people and loud music.

We should have gotten a balcony to really enjoy the view.
