Overall a great experience, but some things could have been better. Hope this helps....

No problems checking in or boarding. We didn't have a lot of luggage, so we were able to carry it right on the ship. Cabin steward was great.

Buffet food was about par for a cruise and dining room service and food were great. However, too much nickel and dime fees on "specialty" restaurants. Johnny Rockets is specialty, really?

Bar lines got long quickly on the pool deck and stayed ridiculously long the entire cruise. The only bar servers I saw roaming and checking on people were right by the pool. We preferred the chairs a little further away and never once saw a server or were asked if we needed anything (completely opposite experience from another cruise line, where our drinks were always full no matter where on deck we were). Definitely need more bars and more servers roaming the pool deck and above. Super inconvenient for those who buy drink packages, since we can only get one drink at a time. We had to take turns (to keep our chairs) going and standing in line for 15-20 minutes at a time to get our ONE drink at a time.

Weather was too bad (windy) for us to enjoy a day at CocoCay (RC's private island) and Day at Sea backup agenda seemed a little haphazard and way too many announcements in what seemed like 12 different languages. I'm being picky but wanted to put that out there.

I would probably do this trip again, but not often.

Ship Quality
For having recently been refurbished, it's dated.
Food and Dining
Dining room food was great; buffet was alright; too many extra fees for other dining areas
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Onboard Activities
Not a lot to choose from that fit our interests
Destinations and Excursions
Not a lot to choose from
Miami, Florida
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Seems weather has been an issue for the past several cruises. A port would be nice so weather doesn't have to be an issue; not sure that's possible.
Nassau, Bahamas
Plenty to do around port, bummer that not much is open on Sunday, even in a tourist port.

We enjoyed getting out early for everything, as the rest of the crowd showed up soon after. Shore excursions on this trip didn't seem worth it to me. Plenty to do right around port, and easy to get to Paradise Island w/o excursion, which doesn't offer access to Atlantis amenities anyway.
