1st cruise - great time!

Sail Date: April 24, 2015

Room Type: Inside

We went on our first cruise with friends from out of state. We really enjoyed the rotating dinner menu. The food and selections were very good and service was excellent. Entertainment was enjoyable but not awesome. All staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. One young man working the rock climbing wall was very helpful and patient with our friends 8 year old son who took 3 tries to reach the top. Coco Cay was a fun day! Water sports and beach relaxing. Lunch was good. We did a tour in Nassau. The driver took us into some local areas, showed us some important landmarks, and to Atlantis where we wandered about for 30 minutes. Aside from the tiny room we had, we really enjoyed the cruise and look forward to more.

Ship Quality
The ship is 30 years old and it shows. Nothing really bad, just not modern.
Food and Dining
Service was great. Food was very good and loved the rotating selection.
Cabin / Stateroom
Got the job done. Sleep and shower.
Service and Staff
Everyone we encountered was very courteous, professional, and helpful.
Performances were mediocre but still fun to watch.
Onboard Activities
We enjoyed what we did but expected more activities.
Destinations and Excursions
Coco Cay and Bahamas are great for fun in the sun and water based activities. Nothing cultural if that's what you seek.
Miami, Florida
Check-in and out what long and tedious. Workers were very rude and had some bad attitudes. One even literally screamed at us when I stopped to pick up a dropped ID, as if I can just leave it there.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Nassau, Bahamas
