There are many reasons why I gave a 1-star. Ive been a continued guest for the past 5 years and this was a deal breaker in not returning. Long story short for the food was terrible. Cold and stale. Cleanliness and quality of the ship was deteriorated. Rooms were smelly and shower had mold all over. Room not ready at checkin. TV programming is on replay every 12 hours and minimal signal. Coke package is limited and timed. At the end of the trip you will receive $72 dollars in gratuities on your bill. They will surprise you even though you didn't agree to it. You have to dispute it. Try another cruise line. This was a Wal-Mart cruise....
