Review SummaryOur experience was not the best\, when we tried to get onto out room at 1:00pm the door would not open. After going to guest services 4 different times they told us to wait on the couch while they fixed the problem. We were on the couch for 4 hours. We had to go up to the desk to find out were we were suppose to go for the Muster and the guy at the counter was very rude and told us to look at our seapass card\, which we did not have because they were working on our room. We told him that he printed out one and said there. We missed the ships departure. My husband was furious. Very bad start for a vacation. They finally gave us another room. They did give us an upgrade but really the damage was already done. No one kept us informed on what was happening we just sat there. When we asked they would say they are working on it. By the time we got into our room I was in tears and my husband was so angry I had to go search for him. Then every day after that we had issues with the room keys\, and we were not the only ones. I could not believe we were treated like that. It was crazy. We felt very unimportant. We sat for hours.

Pros: Raymond\, pur porter was amazing. He at least made us feel valued.
Cons: waiting 4 hours on the couch by customer service for our room\, missing the launch because of it.
