As first time Cruisers we felt the staff generally were very attentive and helpful with the exception of the held bag which we finally had to find ourselves and found after 10PM the first night! The bottle of wine confisicated was not returned as promised by Sunday night! Each room\, I was told by RC office can bring on two bottles of wine but staff did not seem to know of this policy!!!! Why were we not contacted with procedure to follow to get our bag with a note in our room\, a call by phone to the room\, our stateroom attendant notified to put message in our room????????
Food and Dining

Our first sit down dinner was not very good; quality certainly not what expected from all friends that had been on cruises that I had talked to. The rest of the meals were definately not gourmet as I thought they would be.

The comedian was awful that performed twice--left both times!
Juggler/comedian was good\, staff performance was excellent but that was it! Expected much better entertainment so very disappointing. Bingo had to pay for so did not participate\, dancing lessons not at convenient times\, the excursion purchased thru Delta for Nassau was very good as learned their history and saw areas that would not normally see. Attended Mass in Nassau at 8:30 A.M. and it was probably the highlight of our Cruise. St. Francis Xavier Cathedral was beautiful\, choir was outstanding and we were WELCOMED with a big hug at the door. The Pastor gave the most beautiful sermon and thanked visitors for coming. Thank you members of St. Francis for your warmth and kindness. We invited another couple to join us for Mass and they too felt this was a highlight of the trip.
Service and Staff

Staff good with exception of front desk regarding bag tagged by customs and not having procedure in place to get bag to customer!!! Poorest CUSTOMER SERVICE and knowledge by desk staff of what is to be done to service customer in resolving the lost bag issue!!!! The lines always long and slow at the front desk so MUST HAVE BEEN LOTS OF PROBLEMS AND ISSUES ON THIS CRUISE!!!! PLEASE PUT OUT MEMO regarding your new wine policy.....inform staff to return bottles of wine owned by customers before packing to leave ship!!!! We never got our wine back!!!!!

As first time cruisers we would have enjoyed a larger ship so that the dizziness from the bad weather did not affect us during and after the cruise like it did. The ship was very clean and public areas well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Clean\, fair bed comfort\, location of room convenient to get
to all areas.
Pros: How clean everything was
Cons: Poorest Customer Service getting bag/tagged by customs/no procedure to notify guest of problem\, sent to find bag ourselves\, sent to 1st floor\, back to 4th floor\, looked in three areas before found!!! No real reason given for tag/suggested it was curling iron or wine which they kept!!!!
