not pleased with owner suite "perks"

Room Type: Suite

WE were promised V I P treatment and priority if we booked an owners suite. The actual perks we received were far less[50%] than  we were lead to believe and certainly not worth the price paid.Most of the

" extras " we got were asked for and not offered or told about. We believe that many of the staff on this ship were uninformed . We will not cruise this ship again even though there are some great diligent employees on it.
