Review summary
Unfortunately, my husband became ill a few weeks before the cruise and a few days before the cruise he became disabled and bound to a wheelchair. Due to booking this cruise and our excursions on your site the cruise line said they couldn't help me as far as refunding any of money on the excursions and couldn't change our room to a handicap acessible room. Also, the picture of the room we booked was not the same room that we got. Thats really deceiving and and dissappointing to say the least. So here we are 4 people crammed in this tiny room with a wheelchair that wouldn't fit thru the door or in the bathroom. Also, the ship it self was not very handicap friendly. It was extremely difficult to get around and down the halls to our room and really spoiled our vacation. Which, i might add, may very well be the last vacation i get to take with him due to his health. Luckily, my husband could walk short distances with a cane or we would've really been in a world of hurt. There really should be policies in place for unforseen issues such as this.
